Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of PT Qelvory Future Tech ("Qelvory", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Qelvory provides travel and event management services including but not limited to:

• Private shuttle and airport transfer services
• Custom and packaged tour services
• Wedding organizer services
• Corporate event and MICE services

Service availability is subject to booking confirmation and seasonal factors.

3. Booking and Payments

• A 30% deposit is required to confirm any booking.
• Full payment must be completed before service delivery unless otherwise agreed.
• Payments are processed securely through Duitku payment gateway.
• Prices are subject to change based on season, availability, and customization.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 14+ days before service: Full refund minus 10% admin fee.
• Cancellations made 7-13 days before service: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before service: No refund.
• No-shows: No refund.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions) will be handled case-by-case with rescheduling or partial refund options.

5. Itinerary Changes

We understand plans may change. Itinerary modifications are allowed as long as they do not significantly alter the service duration or require additional resources. Changes requested less than 24 hours before service may incur additional charges.

6. Weather and External Factors

We monitor weather conditions and will contact you H-1 if conditions may affect your tour. We offer rescheduling, route modification to indoor destinations, or partial refunds as outlined in our FAQ.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact information and special requirements.
• Arrive on time at designated pickup points.
• Follow safety instructions provided by guides and drivers.
• Respect local customs, laws, and environments during tours.

8. Limitation of Liability

Qelvory acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers (hotels, attractions, transport operators). We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or service failures caused by third parties. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of PT Qelvory Future Tech and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your personal information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Denpasar, Bali.
